These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all prize draws, instant win promotions, and related promotional reward features operated by Network Gaming Limited ("Network Gaming", the "Promoter", "we", "us", or "our").
By entering any Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.
0. Agreement to Terms (Online and Postal)
0.1. All entrants must agree to these Terms before entering:
- Online: by clicking the required tick box confirming agreement to these Terms at checkout/entry; and
- Postal: by clearly writing or typing on the postcard/envelope insert: "I agree to the Network Gaming Terms & Conditions."
0.2. Entries that do not include the required agreement (including postal entries missing the required statement) may be disqualified.

2. Eligibility
2.1. This Promotion is open to those aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents, and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
2.2. This Promotion is void where local or national laws or regulations prohibit participation.
2.3. Entrants must ensure participation (including acceptance of any prize) is lawful in accordance with the laws of their country of residence.
2.4. By entering, you confirm you are eligible to enter and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require proof of eligibility.
3. No Purchase Necessary
3.1. No purchase is necessary; however, a valid email address is required.
3.2. Internet access and/or a phone number may be required for online participation. Please consult your internet service provider. The Promoter is not responsible for any charges your service provider may charge an entrant.
4. Promotion Period
4.1. This Promotion periods opening and closing times are listed on the individual promotions page.
4.2. The Promotion Period is the same across all entry routes.
4.3. If it is absolutely necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to change the opening and/or closing date(s). If we do, the updated dates will be displayed on the Promotion Page.
4.4. We will not extend the closing date simply to sell more entries.
5. Game Structure
5.1. This Promotion includes:
- a Prize Draw, and
- an Instant Win game.
5.2. Each valid ticket provides one (1) entry into the Prize Draw and one (1) Instant Win play.
5.3. This applies equally to:
- paid online tickets; and
- valid postal tickets once received, validated, and processed.
6. How to Enter
6.1 Paid Online Entry Route
6.1.1. Purchase one or more tickets via the Promotion Page to enter the Prize Draw and participate in the Instant Win game.
6.1.2. Ticket price, ticket availability, and any purchase limits will be displayed before purchase.
6.1.3. By purchasing entries and submitting an entry, you are entering into a contract with the Promoter and agreeing to be bound by these Terms.
6.2 Free Postal Entry Route

6.2.2. No special delivery, tracked, signed-for, courier, or premium postal services are required or encouraged in order to enter.
6.2.3. The cost of postage is limited to the standard postal rate applicable at the time of sending. Any entrant who chooses to use enhanced or premium postal services does so at their own discretion and expense, and such services do not increase the chances of an entry being received, processed, or selected.
6.2.4. The Promoter confirms that the free postal entry route is provided in accordance with UK prize draw guidance and is intended to be a genuine, accessible, and equivalent free entry method alongside the paid online entry route.
6.2.5. Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be entered into the Prize Draw or Instant Win allocation.
6.2.6. Postal entries must be handwritten so we can identify individuals and help ensure entries are not automated.
6.2.7. Each postal entry must include:
- your full name;
- your valid postal address;
- a contact telephone number and email address;
- Promotion Name (and draw date if applicable); and
- the required statement: "I agree to the Network Gaming Terms & Conditions."
6.2.8. One postal entry per envelope/postcard. If multiple entries are included in one envelope, they will be counted as one (1) entry.
6.2.9. Incomplete or illegible postal entries may be disqualified.
6.2.10. Postal entries must be received at least 24 hours before the close of the Promotion Period to be counted. Entries received after this time are automatically disqualified.
6.2.11. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
6.2.12. We do not guarantee acknowledgement of receipt of postal entries.
6.2.13. If a ticket cap is reached before a postal entry is received and processed, that postal entry will not be entered.
7. Language Requirement
7.1. All entries must be submitted in the English language. Entries in languages other than English may be disqualified.
8. Entry Caps, Late Entries, Refunds
8.1. The maximum number of tickets available for this Promotion is stated on the Promotion Page.
8.2. Once the maximum number of tickets is reached, entries may be closed and additional entries will not be accepted.
8.3. If all available entries are sold before the closing date, the Main Prize Draw will still take place.
8.4. Entries received after the specified closing time will be automatically disqualified.
8.5. No refunds will be given except where required by law or where the Promoter cancels the Promotion and refunds are mandated in accordance with applicable consumer law.
9. Odds of Winning and Ticket Availability
9.1. Your odds of winning the Prize Draw depend on the total number of tickets issued and the timing of entries.
9.2. The total number of tickets available for each promotion is on the promotions page.
9.3. If all 10,000 tickets are issued, for example, one (1) ticket constitutes a one in 10,000 chance of winning the Prize Draw prize.
9.4. Instant Win outcomes are separate from, and do not alter, the odds of winning the Prize Draw.
10. The Prizes
10.1. Prize Draw: One (1) winner will win the main prize listed on the promotions page.
10.1.2. If all available entries are sold before the closing date, the main prize draw will still take place.
10.2. Instant Win: Each ticket provides one (1) Instant Win play (including cash, physical prizes, site credit, and extra draw entries).
10.3. Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize (or element) with a prize of equal or greater value.
10.4. Prize condition/value and website information disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter makes no representations and gives no warranties about any prize, its value, its condition, or that information provided on the Promotion Page or prize list is accurate, complete, or up to date.
10.5. Third-party supplier: A prize may be supplied or fulfilled by a third-party supplier. Where applicable, supplier details may be provided on the Promotion Page or during fulfilment.
10.6. Cash alternative: The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with a cash alternative where the prize becomes unavailable or where circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
10.7. Prizes are not negotiable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where a cash prize or cash alternative is expressly offered.

11. Instant Win Game Mechanics (Preallocated at Game Setup)
11.1. Prior to the Promotion opening, at the time the game is set up, all tickets for the Promotion will have Instant Win outcomes preallocated randomly using an independent algorithm.
11.2. Each valid entry will be allocated a ticket number at random at the point it is created/issued on the Promoter's system. The Instant Win outcome associated with that ticket number is the entrant's Instant Win result.
11.3. Online entrants will be notified on-screen of their Instant Win outcome immediately following entry (subject to connectivity/platform availability).
11.4. Postal entrants receive the same Instant Win eligibility. Because postal entries require manual handling, Instant Win outcomes will be confirmed after the entry is received, validated, and processed.
11.5. Any animations, graphics, spins, reveals, or interactive features are for entertainment purposes only and do not influence the outcome. The result is not affected by any choices, actions, or level of skill exercised by the entrant.
11.6. System of record: You will only be entitled to claim the Instant Win prize (if any) shown on the Promoter's systems as having been won for the relevant ticket, irrespective of any outcome displayed due to visual error, lag, or connectivity issues.

12. Cash Prize Handling (where applicable)
12.1. Cash prizes may be allocated to the winner's account balance on the Network Gaming platform (where applicable) or paid directly, depending on the prize and fulfilment method stated on the Promotion Page.
12.2. Where withdrawals are offered, winners may request withdrawal subject to:
- a minimum withdrawal threshold of £10.00 (if applicable); and
- completion of verification checks (see Section 16).
12.3. Cash prizes will be transferred within 14 days of receipt of correct bank details and completion of verification where required.
12.4. Cash prizes will be awarded in GBP (£) or local currency equivalent at the exchange rate set on the day of fulfilment.
12.5. Bank fees are the responsibility of the winner. Winners must have a valid bank account in their country of residence and are responsible for providing correct bank details. The Promoter is not liable for payments made to incorrect details provided by the winner.
12.6. Winners are responsible for any taxes applicable in their country of residence.
13. Winner Selection
13.1. Prize Draw: One provisional winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The Prize Draw will be conducted by an independent algorithm within five (5) working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
13.2. Instant Win: Instant Win outcomes are determined by the preallocation described in Section 11.
14. Winner Notification and Claiming
14.1. Prize Draw: The provisional winner will be contacted via the email address provided within five (5) working days of Winner Selection and must respond within thirty (30) days to confirm eligibility and acceptance. If the winner does not respond, a redraw may occur.
14.2. Instant Win: Instant Win prizes must be claimed/redeemed within thirty (30) days of being made available in the entrant's account (or the date of notification, where applicable). If the winner does not follow the instructions provided within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and the prize may go unawarded.
15. Winner Rules (Finality, Personal Claiming, Details Changes)
15.1. The Promoter's decisions are final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
15.2. You must claim prizes personally. Prizes may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
15.3. If your personal details (including contact information) change, you must notify the Promoter as soon as reasonably possible at [INSERT SUPPORT EMAIL] and include the Promotion Name and your old and new details.
15.4. The Promoter does not accept responsibility and is not liable to pay compensation if a winner is unable to or does not take up a prize.
16. Identity Verification / Beneficiary Proof
16.1. The Promoter may require identity verification and other checks to confirm eligibility and to process withdrawals and/or prize fulfilment, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method.
16.2. For cash prizes paid to a bank account, the Promoter may require evidence that the winner is the sole or joint beneficiary of the nominated bank account.
16.3. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, the Promoter may delay, withhold, or cancel fulfilment/withdrawal and may offer the prize to an alternative eligible entrant where appropriate.
17. Moderation / Conduct
17.1. The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries that breach these Terms or contain offensive, harmful, objectionable, or unsuitable content, or that could negatively affect the Promoter's reputation.
17.2. The Promoter may disqualify entrants whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Promotion, including abusive behaviour towards staff or agents.
18. Disruption, Fraud, Anti-Abuse and Single Account Policy
18.1. If the Promotion cannot run as planned due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or other causes beyond our control, we may disqualify entrants, cancel/modify/suspend the Promotion, or invalidate affected entries.
18.2. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, or cannot be delivered for any reason. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the Promotion Page or entry journey.
18.3. Entries must be made directly by the person entering. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups, or third parties will not be accepted.
18.4. Automated/bot/scripted entries are prohibited. Attempts to manipulate entry by scripts, brute force, IP manipulation, fake identities, or disposable/anonymous email services may result in disqualification and prize recovery.
18.5. One account per person: The Promoter may restrict individuals to a single account and may suspend or close accounts where duplicate or fictitious accounts are identified.
19. Bonus / Referral Credit (If Offered)
19.1. The Promoter may award bonus or referral credit at its sole discretion.
19.2. Credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and expires 30 days after award unless stated otherwise.
19.3. Where applicable: bonus credit is always spent before real-money funds. If bonus is insufficient, the remainder is taken from real-money funds (including deposits and cashable winnings).
20. Keys and Vaults
20.1. Keys are free promotional tokens with no monetary value. They are non-transferable and cannot be bought, sold, traded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
20.2. Keys are earned with valid entries (paid online and valid postal entries) and tracked digitally in the entrant's account.
20.3. Keys are awarded at the rate shown on the platform for the Promotion (e.g., 1 key per £1 entry value and baseline equivalent for postal entries unless stated otherwise).
20.4. Vault unlocks deduct keys and provide promotional rewards such as bonus draw entries and/or non-monetary digital collectibles. Vault unlocks guarantee an entry into the Vault draw, but do not affect the odds of winning the main Prize Draw.
20.5. Each Vault unlock provides one (1) entry into the next scheduled Vault draw, unless otherwise stated on the platform at the time of unlock.
20.6. All valid Vault draw entries will be pooled together and a winner (or winners, where applicable) will be selected at random using an independent process consistent with that used for the main Prize Draw.
20.7. Vault draws will take place on the date and time stated on the platform or promotional page. The Promoter reserves the right to adjust draw dates where necessary, with updated details published in advance.
20.8. Vault draw winners will be notified in the same manner as main Prize Draw winners and will be subject to the same verification, eligibility, and prize acceptance requirements.
20.9. If a Vault draw winner does not respond or complete the required verification within the stated acceptance period, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw or select an alternative winner in accordance with the same process used for the main Prize Draw.
20.10. Vault draw prizes are promotional in nature and are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Vault draw prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value where necessary.
20.11. Participation in Vault draws does not guarantee that a prize will be won and does not affect the entrant's chances of winning any other Promotion, including the main Prize Draw.
21. Data Protection and Publicity
21.1. Personal data supplied will be used solely to administer the Promotion (and as otherwise set out in the Privacy Policy): [INSERT PRIVACY POLICY URL].
21.2. Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity. Participation is optional and not a condition of winning, except that we may still be required to provide winner information to regulators where legally required.

21.4. If an entrant requests deletion/non-contact under data protection laws, they acknowledge this may prevent us from contacting them in the event of winning; in that case, they may be treated as having withdrawn from the Promotion.
22. Platform / Social Media Disclaimer
22.1. Where Promotions are promoted on social media platforms (including Facebook/Instagram), they are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms. By entering, entrants agree those platforms have no liability for administration or promotion of the Promotion.
23. Limitation of Liability
23.1. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and associated agencies/companies will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profits in connection with this Promotion or accepting/using a prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
23.2. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from the Promoter's negligence.
24. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Crime Prevention
24.1. Network Gaming is committed to preventing its systems from being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
24.2. We may implement measures including (without limitation):
- customer identity and verification checks;
- monitoring for unusual or suspicious activity;
- restricting anonymous accounts or fictitious names;
- limiting users to a single account;
- retaining records as required by law; and
- cooperating with relevant authorities where required.
24.3. Where possible and appropriate, payments of winnings/refunds may be returned to the same route from which funds originated.
24.4. We reserve the right to suspend/terminate accounts where false information is provided or where suspicious activity is identified.
25. Responsible Play
25.1. We are committed to responsible play. Tools and support options may include spend limits, time-outs, account locks, and/or self-exclusion options where available on the platform.

26. General
26.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on the Promotion Page or website.
26.2. If there is reason to believe a breach has occurred, the Promoter may exclude an entrant from participating in this or future Promotions.
26.3. There is no minimum number of entries required to run the Promotion and we will not cancel it due to a lack of entries.
26.4. You should print a copy of these Terms and keep them for your records.
27. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is judged invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force.
28. Discrepancies
In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms will prevail.
29. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
30. Complaints

Complaints will be investigated and complainants informed of the outcome in writing within 28 days of acknowledgement.
